Job Description
Check cleaning equipment condition.
Coach Service team.
Coordinate and liaise with clients at the worksite.
Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace.
Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
Handle reassignment of tasks when needed
Inspect work done by cleaners daily.
Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and tender specifications.
Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed.
Plan out the work schedule for cleaners.
Solve operational problems and make decisions.
Submit daily cleanliness report.
Supervise a team of cleaners in their assigned task.
Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards.
Must-have skills:
Min 3 years experience in cleaning industry
Nice to Have Skills:
Good communication skills
