Job Description
Performs janitorial duties.
Provides work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Cleaner Supervisor.
Assists Cleaner Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
Operates motorized cleaning equipment.
Tracks equipment inventory, maintenance and repair.
Maintains daily upkeep of assigned area.
Tracks and maintains supplies inventory.
Monitors employees for proper use of personal protective equipment and supplies.
Corrects at risk behaviour, then reports to the supervisor immediately.
Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
Comply with safety rules, policies and procedures. Stops at risk behaviour of others and self.
Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
Maintain clean work area.
Must-have skills:
At least 1 year experience in cleaning industry
Nice to Have Skills:
Good communication skills
