Job Description
- Assist Operations Manager and Business Development Manager in all operational activities of the beach club with responsibilities involving sales, service and customer handling
- Ensure restaurant meets monthly sales targets, goals and objectives
- Provide administrative and operational supports to relevant stakeholders
- Manage relationship with both internal and external key stakeholders
- Assist Business Development Manager with execution of projects
- Other adhoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience in Hospitality/Tourism/F&B industry
- Hands-on individual, good team player and problem solver
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiatives
- Highly organized, able to multi-task with ease, and perform well under high levels of stress.
