Job Description
Assist on bar operations, including but not limited to preparation of ingredients, opening and closiing of bar, inventory management and stock control.
Create drinks as per customers' request.
Inform customers' of new beverages and specials.
Housekeeping duties to maintain a neat and clean working environment.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
Requirements:
Min. 1 year of bartending experience
Eye for detail and good understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
Friendly and customer oriented.
Good communication skills.
Able to work independently and takes initiatives.
Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
