Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Executes HR strategies and plans in support of the corporate vision, strategy, and culture
- Serves as an HR business partner to the departments
- Coordinates and performs other HR functions such as Manpower Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, and Industrial Relations
- Ensures policies and procedures comply with the current labour legislations and HR practices
- Reviews the work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Liaises with government authorities and internal consultants on human resources matters
- Maintains a harmonious industrial relations climate
Requirements:
- Preferably Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or related disciplines. Diploma holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in full spectrum of HR in a fast-paced environment, preferably in MNCs
- Entry-Level candidates are welcome to apply (On Job Training will be provided)
- Possesses integrity, “Can Do” attitude with passion, a global mindset, good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Workday will be advantageous
