Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plans, monitors, and controls the construction of the project
- Manages owners & class surveyors on project requirement
- Liaises with Section Managers on the manpower requirements
- Arranges for facilities and activities for the project
- Conducts Vessel Safety Coordinate Committee (VSCC) Meeting
- Ensures that the work site is in a safe and healthy condition
- Coordinates and monitors materials and equipment purchase and delivery
- Reviews the production work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Coordinates production function with Engineering, Production Engineering & Planning, Purchasing, Project Manager, Sub Contract, and Quality Assurance departments on projects
- Liaises with owners, class surveyors, and government bodies pertaining to project requirements
- Resolves any issues with owners/ representatives on production-related matters
- Mentors and guides the project team
- Ensures the various sections work towards schedules
- Plans and controls production progress through the application of an effective process flow system equipped with organized, skilled, and experienced supervisory techniques

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of related work experience for degree holder/ 4 years of related work experience for diploma holder
- Possesses good knowledge in project planning & control, planning technique (PERT & CFM), construction technique & control, class rules & regulations and rigs and drilling equipment concepts & functions
- Possesses good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
- Possesses good organizational, interpersonal, communication skills, leadership, planning and decision-making skills
- Able to lead and coordinate various types of trades to perform works on projects
- Able to work in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
