Job Overview:
As a Digital Assistant Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey, spearheading initiatives that blend creativity with technology. Your role is integral in fostering a robust online presence, bridging graphics design and social media expertise to create a synergistic and immersive digital experience for our educational community.



Responsibilities:



1. Digital Strategy and Implementation

Develop digital roadmaps to chart the progression of the institute's online presence over short and long-term periods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SEO & SEM strategies, enhancing the institute's visibility on various search platforms.
Manage the digital presence with CMS and developing contents to keep website and other digital footprints up-to-date and engaging.


2. Graphic Design and Content Creation

Create a visual language that embodies the ethos of the institution, ensuring consistency across various digital assets.
Collaborate with various stakeholders on the development of interactive multimedia content, fostering engagement and learning through innovative digital narratives.
Development of images and videos through collaboration with internal team members.


3. Social Media Management

Engage with online communities by orchestrating interactive social media campaigns, webinars, and Q&A sessions that foster a positive and inclusive digital environment.
Develop a crisis management plan to navigate potential negative feedback or online crises, ensuring the maintenance of the institution's reputation.
Manage and enhance current digital presence portfolio.
Explore new digital channels through social media and partnerships.
Social listening, reporting and analysing of data collected.


4. Community Engagement and Public Relations

Facilitate partnerships with influencers and bloggers to broaden the reach of digital campaigns and promote the institution's initiatives.
Develop strategies for effective community management, nurturing relationships with stakeholders through meaningful digital interactions.


5. Learning and Development

Spearhead internal training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and encouraging team members to stay abreast of digital industry trends.
Actively seek partnerships with industry experts to conduct workshops and seminars, enhancing the skill set of the internal team.


6. Budget Management and Reporting

Develop micro-budgets and ROI analyses for digital projects, assisting in the allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Implement analytics dashboards to provide real-time insights into the performance of digital campaigns, facilitating data-driven decision-making.


7. Compliance and Support

Lead efforts to ensure digital accessibility, ensuring that online content is accessible to individuals with disabilities.
Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with digital copyright laws, protecting the institution from potential legal issues.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus.
5-7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing and graphics design, demonstrating a track record of successful project management.
Certifications in digital marketing, social media management, or graphic design are highly desirable.
