Job Description
Mandai Wildlife Group is dedicated to caring for the planet and protecting animals and nature. Conservation education is intrinsic in all interactions with the Group, to inspire action for a healthier world.

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-Conceptualize and develop events & programming that is aligned to Mandai values and at same time meet commercial’s targets.
-Plan and supervise execution of various events and programming to improve in park visitor experience and attendance as well as the newly built precinct spaces.
-Successful execution of developed event and programming strategy.
-Business development and partner acquisition in the perspective of event and/or programming partners as well as service vendors/agencies.
-Manage and monitor the event P&L/budget for the assigned events/campaigns.
-Manage and guide external partners in the conceptualization, planning and execution of programming and events in Mandai.
-Work with internal stakeholders (i.e. Park Marketing, Corporate Sales, International Sales, Park operations, etc) closely on the execution of events and programming.

Requirements:
-Degree in Marketing, Events Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
-At least 5 years in experiential productions, events management or related disciplines. Preferably in an agency environment.
-Proven experience in content development, event conceptualization project planning and budget management.
-Innovative and adaptive to changing environments and excellent team player.
-Positive attitude, resourceful and trail-blazer mentality with can-do spirit.
-Good organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task, priortise and follow timeline.
-Excellent stakeholder management skills with collaborative mindset.
-Weekend or Night work will be required occasionally.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office – words, excel and powerpoint.
-Added advantage if experienced in festival events such as food fair, outdoor Art Exhibitions, etc
-Excellence communication skills – both written and verbal.
-Independent and proactive team player with positive attitude.
