About the role
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Club Manager is responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, and success of the gym. The manager is a leader in the industry, shows initiative, always leads by example, and eagerly embraces Anytime Fitness’ vision to create the best member experience possible.
Candidates should have demonstrated experience in driving membership sales, leading a team of sales consultants & fitness trainers, and being responsible for club operational activities and performance.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Recruitment & Staff training
• Roster scheduling
• Trouble shooting and Problem-solving
• Evaluating reports and Improving team performance
• Payroll and Budget management
• Maintenance of machinery and inventory
• Planning weekly group classes
• Developing community outreach programs
• Create effective marketing campaigns to improve sales performance
• Oversee health and safety of staff and club members
• Ensuring all members have a positive and fulfilling experience with Anytime Fitness
Attributes for Success in the role:
• Experience in managing sales and operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• A proven ability to hit targets
• Be people-focused and highly organized
• Experience building/recruiting and managing a training team
• Experience building a club culture to be proud of
• Demonstrated experience in a business environment (e.g. retail, customer service etc.) will also be useful
Job Type: Full-time. 44 hours per week. Only Singaporeans & PRs will be considered.
Experience: This is not an entry-level position. Prior management experience is important.

Must-have skills:
Microsoft Excel, Customer service, Sales Experience
