Job Description
Those who are staying in the West and with related food industry experience will be considered favorably:
* Responsible for sales and marketing of company products to all customers.
* Assist to promote company's new products to customers.
* Prepare quotations, orders and invoices and to coordinate with other departments on these processes. ·
* Handle and follow up on customers' enquiries, quotations and orders.
* Responsible for cash and cheque collections from company’s drivers.
* Responsible for payment collections from customers.
* Maintain and improve sales and profit targets.
* Establish and maintain good rapport with customers.
* Perform filing and other administrative duties.
* Assist Supervisor in her daily operational process
* Handle other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirement:
* GCE 'O' Level or LCCI in Accounting
* Prior experience in indoor food sales coordination
* Meticulous and able to multitask
