Job Description
* ON-THE-JOB TRAINING PROVIDED
* RARELY ANY OVERTIME REQUIRED = SUPER WORK-LIFE BALANCE
* 5 DAYS WORK WEEK !!
* NO NEED TO WORK ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS (except during roadshows occasionally - 2 to 3 times a year)

* PAID OFFS on CNY EVE and the day after CNY holidays

Job Scope:

- Handles inventory / stock take / goods returns
- Handles online sales
- Filing & data entry
- Invoicing / DO / PO / Order processing
- Practice good customer service to attend to incoming calls and messages (Wats App / Social Media). Make courtesy calls to customers
- Promoting products at roadshows on weekends (very occasionally).
- Perform general operations and administration functions and other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time-to-time

Requirements:

- 1-2 years in relevant experiences, preferably in food factory or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication in both spoken and writing English is a must.
- Polite and friendly personality is a must.
- Fast learner, accurate, committed, positive mindset, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Confirmed rest days on CNY eve and CNY holidays. Be prepared to accept flexible CNY leaves arrangement (for those that are thinking of taking long leaves over CNY holidays will need to take turns with colleagues for either taking leaves before CNY eve and after CNY holidays as the peak period is from Christmas to CNY).
- Be prepared to liaise with production team who DOES NOT speak English.
- Be prepared to liaise with merchandising team who speaks ONLY English.
- Include your knowledge of languages in resume.
- Efficient in MS Office, Social Media (FB & IG) and UBS invoicing software.
