Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle sales enquiry;
- Prepare Quotation, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order;
- Admin support on providing sales figure/material purchase details for monthly Management Report;
- Ensure all invoices (customer & suppliers) are correctly billed;
- Liaise with Finance on all invoicing & payment related matters;
- Check & submit petty cash claim for Manager, Senior Sales Executive and site staff (Monthly);
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting;
- Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with 2 years of experience;
- A good team player who possess drive, initiative and ability to work independently;
- Good people and communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels;
- Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous with an eye for detail;
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines;
- Competent in MS Office.
