Job Description
An Established F&B Group is looking for suitable candidates to fill up the following position:
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (6 months Contract)
Location: Central (Alexandra Road)
(5-Day Working Week)
Responsibilities:
• Data entry for receivables/receipts, payables/payments
• Assist to ensure the accuracy of Cash, NETS, Credit Card deposits and other mode of payments.
• Intercompany billing
• Sorting and collation of data (when required)
• Other ad-hoc activities as assigned by superior
Requirements:
• Retired, retrenched, seniors and new market entry candidates are welcomed to apply.
• Minimum ‘A’ level, LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Knowledge in SAP ERP will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel
• Meticulous and detail orientated, able to work independently and as a team
• Preferably bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese business counterparts
• Able to commence work within short notice period or immediately is preferred
