Product Quality & Knowledge of work Deliver outstanding facial treatments consistently in an exellent service standard Capable of performing professional technical pre-consultation so that she is able to recommend suitable treatments in accordance to the treatment protocols taught per client's needs and concerns Responsible for recording and updating client's profile such as post treatment analysis, product and treatment purchase and any other relevant information, together with the Sales Team to ensure perfectly personalized service and maximise future sales opportunity 2. Retail Sales Maintains a long-term relationship with client based on genuine care and concern for their needs through relevant link-selling and effective home care advice after each treatment Able to upsell treatments and perform home-care product retail during post treatment 3. General Housekeeping & Maintenance

Perform specialized face and body treatment on customers Promote of products Any other duties assigned by the Management as and when needed
