Company Overview
Quix Pte. Ltd. was started in late 1999 to do fresh food processing. We produce both machine and hand-cut products and would like to be viewed as your EXTRA KITCHEN HAND. Our current customers are large kitchens who buy both ready-to-eat and ready-to-use products from us to supplement their menu.
Our value-add to any of our customer would definitely be to reduce both food and labour wastage as they purchase on a need basis from us. They find menu costing far more accurate and they concentrate on the business of serving their customers.
The business consists of the following activities:-
Pause: Ready-to-serve products such as Sandwiches, single portioned Salads and packed meals. We are able to do packed meal catering on a big scale. For example, we are able to do packed lunches that involve a sandwich, a fruit and a drink.
We currently also do a bake-off service for selected products.

Exclusive agency lines include:-
Midamar, a line of Halal frozen and chilled deli meats.
Bickfords, a range of designer juice drinks. We are also distributing a comprehensive juice, old-style soft drinks and cordials to the supermarkets.
Athens Fillo Pastry Range, a comprehensive range of fillo pastry products which have innovative products such as ready-to-use fillo tart shells, extra thick country style fillo sheets, shredded fillo pastry and pre-layered fillo sheets.
Mountain Mist – Waffles and Crepes from Thailand
Van Dyck – Hot cakes from New Zealand and many flavours available
Otis Spunkmeyer – pre-portioned cookie dough and ready-to-serve muffins

Job Descriptions 1. Follow up with suppliers, vendors on quality issues. 2. Experience in HACCP, ISO 22000 & FSSC 3. Ensure quality control of raw materials and finished products 4. Assist in setting quality standards and ensure that production is maintained at such standards 5. Sample and identify, if any, bacterial or non-desirable excess material 6. Prepare graphs, charts and reports from test results 7. Maintain the long-term continuity of production and service quality 8. Keep records of all tests that have been carried out. 9. Arrange, coordinate and participate in external quality audits 10. Assist for SFA related matters Job Requirements 1. Minimum Diploma in Food Science/Food Technology or its equivalent 2. Minimum 1 year of related working experience preferred 3. Capable of working as part of a team as well as independently with minimal supervision 4. Possess good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and meticulous 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel 6. Production Operator/Worker

Job descriptions: 1. Food preparation and packing operation. 2. Assembly, packing and labelling of ready to eat food items. Job requirements: * Basic food hygiene knowledge * Some basic knowledge and experience in F&B industry * Comfortable with production environment * Must be able to work nightshift 11.00pm to 07.00am (Sunday to Friday). Night shift allowance will be provided. * Able to undertake tight production deadlines to fulfil order requirements (especially during festive season) Full time position Working location: Tuas (easy accessible via MRT and buses). Available positions: 3 Singaporeans / Singapore PRs are encouraged to apply. Basic salary: $1500/-
