Pezzo believes in offering up Singapore's Favourite Pizza by the Slice. Launched in 2012 as a novel way to enjoy scrumptious pizzas on the go. Since then, the brand has established 19 outlets islandwide and is available in 7 countries worldwide.

Started up with the intention to serve every customer their favourite pizza slice, Pezzo innovatively offered up different flavours of pizza in the same pan so that everyone gets their preferred pizza flavour.In recent years, Pezzo further improvised their menu by allowing customisation with their Create-your-own-pizza - staying true to the group’s mission of allowing every eater to get their favourite slice of the pizza!

Our Outlet Supervisor plays a critical role to Pezzo’s success. You are the face of Pezzo; while having great responsibility for the day-to-day operations, leading a team of the outlet crews, you constantly strive to maintain excellent service and quality to our pizza loving customers. As the Outlet Supervisor, you will: Ensure that outlet adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up. Responsible in ensuring that food (pizzas and drinks) are prepared in best quality, neatly, timely and in accordance to Pezzo’s secret recipe. Attend to customers’ queries and feedback with professionalism. Ensure that pizzas in the display area are restocked throughout. Manage and ensure proper stock ordering, keeping and handling. Lead, guide and train a team outlet crews. Create a friendly, supportive, fun and professional working environment. Ensure great customer experience and satisfaction in a fast and friendly manner. Schedule outlet’s manpower planning. Ensure proper handling of daily sales, petty cash, change and float. Maintaining proper records of leaves and attendance Ensure proper uniforms, punctuality and grooming are adhered to. A successful candidate will have/be: Passionate and experienced in managing F&B outlet Friendly and energetic personality with a great smile and positive attitude to serve and delight customer Follow proper standards and ensure quality, accuracy in a timely manner. Kiosks Collective, formerly known as Pezzo Group, is a Singapore-grown food and beverage kiosks operator established in 2012. The group first conceptualised Pezzo, which sells Singapore’s first pizza by the slice, and has since expanded to include other creative concepts such as CRAVE, the award-winning Nasi Lemak by Selera Rasa, Hey Yogurt, premium yogurt drink, and Ya Lor Braised Duck, extension of the famous Geylang Lorong 35 braised duck by Sean Kee. In 2021, to stay true to the group’s mission to build Singapore’s Favourite Local Brands and to make local delights more accessible to more consumers, Kiosks Collective brought on more known local brands including Ikan 1986 - popular pop-up store offering crowd-favourite Otahs, Padang Grill - authentic Nasi Padang stemming from the famous Rumah Makan Minang in Kandahar Street and more! The group currently owns and operates over 60 kiosks in Singapore, with another 70 across Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, China and Saudi Arabia.
