Roles & Responsibilities : • Assisting in office administrative matters • Handling emails, day to day paperwork and filing • Prepare job sheet and coordinate with customer • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications • Receive and verify accuracy of incoming goods with proper care • Ensure goods in receipt are in good condition and report discrepancies should there be any irregularities • Ensure good housekeeping in line with safety standards • Maintain accurate inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory system • Data Processing of customers’ orders to the system • Must have a passion of supporting local farms • Only Singaporean or Singapore PR need to apply.

Job Description • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base to ensure strong market presence • Increase clientele through active sourcing of sales opportunities by identifying, generating and developing sales leads • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings  Participate in planning of marketing efforts for execution and closing of sales  Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management  Build establish and maintain long-lasting relationship with clients • Any other duties assigned by Director REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to multitask and take initiative • Hardworking and dedicated outlook • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Outstanding multitasking abilities • Must have a passion for marketing and supporting local farms • Preferably candidates who possess a driving license and a car to meet clients • Preferably candidates with relevant 5 years of sales experience dealing with F&B and hospitality sector • Only Singaporean or Singapore PR need to apply.
