Job Description:
-Perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Receivable duties in a timely manner.
-Preparation of management and statutory reports, budgets, forecast and financial analysis.
-Prepare monthly staff claims and commissions for payroll purpose.
-Reconciling banks, payables and receivables.
-Prepare management / financial reports, month end, year end closing.
-Prepare GST summary, submit GST Income Tax computation and submit tax return.
-Handling of logistics role including sorting of delivery invoices arrangement.
-Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-At least Diploma / Degree holder in Finance / Accounting or minimum 5 years relevant experience in accounting.
-Able to work independently.
-Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to able to communicate effectively with the team.
-Able to work independently, a team player and ability to work under pressure and meet dateline.
-Comfortable in handling high volume work in fast paced environment.
-Detailed and meticulous.
-Preferred candidate whom is working in the logistics industry.
