Requirements: Ensure highest standard of cleanliness, order and appearance of the hotel Assign housekeeping and maintenance staff their roles and duties; inspect work for conformance and ensure complaint Monitor forecasted occupancy and ensure adequate manpower for all checkout rooms to be completed by 3pm and all guest rooms by 6pm. Ensure staff attendances/allowances/incentives are updated for payroll Ensure cleanliness and appropriate supply of rooms or its equivalent according to the standards and procedures set and approved by the hotel management Maintain proper record of activities/events such as Lost and Found, Inventory, Rooming lists, any housekeeping/maintenance records Monitor and maintain cleaning materials and ensure all inventories are adequately store, recorded and properly maintained Improve housekeeping system by obtaining feedback from all housekeeping personnel Assist the department to control and reduce department expenses; and control manpower expenditure Assist in the area of staff turnover thru mentoring and creating conducive working environment to all staff Supervise, train and retrain staff to prescribed hotel standard Attend to guest request and complaints and provide guest with feedback, when necessary.
