- Designs and modifies ship designs as instructed by the Engineering Manager, General Manager or Senior Management, to fulfil project requirements. - To perform naval architecture activities such as weight control, lightship survey, inclining experiment, stability calculation and launching arrangement/calculations. - Ensuring designs adhere to project specifications. - To deal with owners and class surveyors, when necessary to solve design, engineering and production issues. - Provides technical support to Commercial and Engineering Departments. - Safeguard Company’s assets, intellectual property and interests.

- Taking charge of projects (New Build) undertaken by the Company - Responsible for ensuring the completion, delivery and handover of projects according to respective project scope specifications and standard - Co-ordinate with the Ship Repair Manager to lead the Operations Department to ensure efficient and productive operations in all projects - Liaise and coordinates between other departments and ensures effective communication and seamless production workflow execution

- Responsible for the planning, leading and supervision of ship repair & ship building production team to ensure that works are carried out in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner - Discussion, advising and coordination of works with all relevant parties - Preparation of reports as required - Observe and maintain safety rules and regulations
