Architectural & Civil BIM Modeller / Drafter

Considering the expansion of projects and their transition to the live stage, we are actively seeking additional suitable candidates. Job Descriptions • Work closely with BIM Manager to translate the client and the project team’s requirements into detailed drawings and/or 3D Models for tender submission, projects, etc. • Ensure all related deliverables meet the relevant codes and compliance requirements • Rectify and update the 3D models and/or drawings in accordance with changing requirements and specifications • Maintain good BIM document/information control • On-site measurement, if required Requirements • Diploma in Civil Engineering or above, any other relevant qualification • Min 3 years of experience in the construction industry • Proficient in BIM architectural modeling, with min. 1-year experience in Revit • Knowledgeable in Civil 3D is a plus
Dormitory Cleaner

Job Description • Regular cleaning tasks and housekeeping to ensure worker dormitory spaces are well maintained. • Disposal of waste and keeping trash bins in designated areas. • Perform other ad-hoc cleaning duties when assigned. Pickup Driver (Class 3)

Security Officer (Construction Site)

Job Description: • Monitor all kinds of movements (vehicles, visitors) of the site. • Issue relevant security pass to the different categories of personnel (eg. sub-contractors, clients) for site entry • All other basic security checks of the construction site • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor • Individuals of senior age who are physically fit are invited to apply. Additional Information: • Site locations to be discussed as there are few sites available • Working hours and working days are to be discussed • Entitle all types of standard mandatory leaves, Annual Leave, Medical Leave, and others • With CPF contribution
