Responsibilities: Manning the front desk Handle incoming and outgoing calls, transfer calls to various departments if necessary. Arrange the printing of staff business name cards, company envelopes, paper with company letterhead Support the maintenance for office facilities and equipment, coordinate with vendors/contractors/building management for the repair and maintenance of office equipment when required Perform any ad hoc administrative duties as assigned Requirements: Min GCE ‘O’ Level 1 to 2 years admin support experience in property development industry Good Customer Service Skills Proficient in MS Excel and Words Able to multi-task, meticulous and independent Able to start work on short notice
