Management, operation and maintenance of Co-generation plant and ancillaries. Plan, arrange and Co-ordinate Boiler fuel (Biomass, Sludge & Etc) arrival with transport and logistic team. Liaise with MOM, NEA for Boiler annual statuary inspections and report submissions. Prepare procedures, check list and training materials to train technicians and operators. Engineering works to improve plant and company efficiencies and synergies. Co-ordinate with maintenance and engineering department and contractor for attending the respective works. Sourcing materials, contractors and spares and liaise with suppliers for materials and spare parts purchase and delivery. Liaise with external parties and organizations for the commercial and technical improvements of the plant. Closely monitor Chimney emission and control the combustion as per relevant government laws and regulations. Liaise with internal departments and external party for new projects execution. Responsible for plant safety and housekeeping. Coordinate with spent grain suppliers and get schedule to program plant operation. Coordinate with animal feed customers and to avoid products quality issue. Manage dryer operation and compliance to SFA and NEA requirements. Handle NEA, SFA and MOM inspections and issues. Manage ISO tank heating service and coordinate ISO customers. Make sure ISO Tank release on time as per temperature requested by customers. Ensuring the overall efficiency of the Plant and optimization of the treatment process; Controlling operating expenses; Ensuring that health and safety plan is properly implemented Any other adhoc duties as and when, assigned by Plant Manager and Chief Engineer.
