Job Description

· Welcome and orientate visitors/patients upon arrival at the lobby.

· Assist visitors/patients with online pre-registration and checking in at the self-help kiosks and entry gantries, as well as checking out at the exit gantries.

· Ensure crowd control and proper queue management at the self-help kiosks and monitor human traffic flow at the entry gantries, to avoid tailgating instances.

· Assist visitors/patients with way-finding around the hospital premises.

· Ensure that cleanliness, safety and conditions of equipment used at waiting area, self-help kiosks and gantries are well maintained and functioning

· Handling of enquiries or feedback from the visitors/patients

· Conduct checks of the waiting area and toilets at L1 ensuring that they are clean and their amenities are well stocked, maintained and in working condition.

· Welcome and orientate public upon arrival at sheltered car porch / lobby.

 

Job Requirements:

· Minimum GCE ‘N’ levels.

· Experienced in customer service with good interpersonal skills.

· Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience especially in healthcare sector.

· Cheerful and friendly personality and enjoys interactions with the public, especially the elderly.

· Service-oriented and a good team player.

· Able to commit to shift work.
