Position Overview
The Server will be responsible for preparation of Employee Dining Room food and beverage supplies, serving, and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the cafeteria.
The Role
Employee Dining Room Operations
- Serve meals and restock counters with food and beverage supplies, including condiments, bread and jam spreads
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and all equipment, perform cleaning and sanitation duties as needed
- Take, record and restock food and beverage supplies inventory
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling and waste disposal
- Support other team members during busy periods and assist with opening and closing duties
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the Engineering department
Talent Profile
- Minimum Secondary Education
- Basic knowledge of equipment handling and kitchen hygiene
