While the campus is under construction, you may be deployed to Yishun Community Hospital (YCH), Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH), and Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). However, you will be working in the new Woodlands Health Campus once it is operational (estimated 2023).
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in processing of medication orders for inpatient and outpatient dispensing and supplies.
Perform cashier and billing functions.
To adhere with the policies and procedure pertaining to Good Dispensing Practice
Able to provide advice on the products kept in pharmacy.
Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries from patients and hospital staff.
Assist in the reception and patient registration in the pharmacy areas.
Assist in providing quality customer service.
Receive, unpack and check stocks against the appropriate documents, to ensure that items supplied are correct and accounted for.
Arrange stocks in FEFO order.
Perform stock receipts and issues/ transfer in the inventory systems.
During stock take, assist in counting the stock.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory of stocks in the areas of work such as replenishing of stock in the pharmacy.
Maintains the cleanliness of the pharmacy work areas and prepare work areas for daily operations.
Support the hospital by participating actively in the various activities organized by the hospital such activities include QC, community projects, staff welfare and recreational activities and etc.
Assist in daily manpower role allocation
Assist in orientating and training new staff assigned to the section
Other duties directed by the supervisors.
Requirements
Possess at least a GCE 'N' or 'O' levels
Computer literate
Basic customer service skills
Possess the ability to work 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Work Experience Level:
