While the campus is under construction, you may be deployed to Yishun Community Hospital (YCH), Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH), and Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). However, you will be working in the new Woodlands Health Campus once it is operational (estimated 2023).

Duties & Responsibilities
Handle telephone and email enquiries from hospital staff

Maintains the cleanliness of the pharmacy work areas, and prepare work areas for daily operations

Supports the hospital by participating actively in the various activities organized by the hospital. Activities include QC, community projects, staff welfare and recreational activities and etc.

Assist in processing of medication orders for inpatient and outpatient dispensing and supplies

Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory of stocks in the areas of work such as replenishing of stock in the pharmacy shelves

Able to provide advice on the products kept in pharmacy

Other duties as directed by the supervisors

Requirements
Possess at least a GCE 'N' or 'O' levels, Professional Certificate/NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma

Possess the ability to speak two or more languages / dialects will be an advantage (to liaise with dialects speaking patients)

Computer literate

Possess experience in frontline customer service preferred

Possess the ability to work 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

POSSESS THE ABILITY TO SPEAK TWO OR MORE LANGUAGES / DIALECTS WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE (TO LIAISE WITH DIALECTS SPEAKING PATIENTS)

POSSESS THE ABILITY TO WORK 3 ROTATING SHIFTS, INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
