- Operate industrial laundry machines, including washers, dryers, ironers, and folders
- Sort, count, and process linen and garments according to type and customer requirements
- Monitor wash formulas, temperatures, and cycle times to maintain quality
- Inspect items for stains, damage, or defects and report issues promptly
- Fold, stack, and pack finished laundry accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations strictly
- Meet daily production targets and quality standards
- Assist with basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Work collaboratively as part of the production team

Ability to operate laundry machines, ensure quality, follow safety protocols, lift and handle linen, and work reliably in a team
Experience with industrial laundry equipment, knowledge of stain removal and fabric care, basic maintenance skills, and previous production or laundry experience
