Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily store operations and complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Support Unit Managers in ensuring smooth outlet operations
• Co-lead the team in delivering excellent customer service and high-quality food & beverages
• Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Prepare, maintain, and update documentation and reports
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service quality
• Facilitate clear communication between staff and management
