1) Responsible for assigning correct fleet resources (tow trucks) to real-time and pre-scheduled job
2) Overall in charge of all Fleet (Tow Drivers and Lorry Drivers)
3) Monitoring and recording of staff fleet performance, attendance, discipline and management
4) Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are met and not limited to any task assigned by management
6 Days Work Week.
Shift Work. Have to be able to do night shift.
Requirements:
- Willing to work at the Western part of Singapore (Taman Jurong Area)
- Knowledge of Singapore roads
- Good communication skills
