($12-22/ hour – subjected to project type)
Available to commit for a minimum 10 days of work per month, including a balanced mix of weekdays and weekends.
Job Scope
- Approach respondents for a short survey (approximately 5 – 10 mins)
- Ensure accurate input of respondents’ response in the system (via tablet)
- Able to handle respondents’ queries and feedback, customer service oriented
- Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisor timely
- Willing to travel to various locations across the island
Job requirements and expectations
- Education level: GCE "N'' Level and above preferably
- Relevant experience in customer service would be beneficial
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with intermittent breaks in between)
- Proficient in the use of tablets as all surveys are administered via tablets
- Preferably bilingual in English and other language (eg. Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, Tamil and etc)
