- Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders
- Answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints
- Provide information to customers and service providers
- Verify data and entry into the system
Requirements:
- Willing to work at the Western part of Singapore (Taman Jurong Area)
- Knowledge of Customer service principles
- Knowledge of Singapore roads
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Good communication skills
Fixed Shift Work (The time below are the approx. time for the shift):
- 7am - 3pm
- 3pm - 10pm
- 10pm - 9am

Basic understanding of Singapore roads and maps
