Job Title: Social Media Executive (Part-time)Location: SingaporeCompensation: $15 - $25 per hour About WeSwimWeSwim is a dynamic and growing swimming school in Singapore. We teach babies, toddlers, and children swimming skills and water safety, while regularly hosting events that highlight our students’ progress. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to help us engage our community online, promote our services, and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Role OverviewAs the Social Media Executive at WeSwim, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and interacting with our audience to increase brand awareness. This part-time role is perfect for someone with a flair for content creation and a passion for engaging digital communities. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Management: Create and curate engaging posts (images, videos, stories) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok that resonate with our audience.Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing a social media strategy to grow our follower base and improve engagement.Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of posts, stories, and campaigns, and make recommendations for improvement.Event Promotion: Collaborate with the event team to promote upcoming events and capture key moments from events to be featured on social media. RequirementsExperience managing social media accounts (preferably for a brand or business).Proficiency in creating visually appealing content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or mobile apps.Familiarity with social media analytics and tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.Strong communication skills and ability to engage an online community.A creative and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask.Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
