Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Ops Team Member to join our growing team. This unique role allows the candidate to experience a merger of traditional logistics work with cutting edge robotic technology. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage our on-site robotic fleet.Pack and deploy parcels in collaboration with QuikBot’s logistic partners.Maintain accurate records of all deliveries.Update relevant parties promptly with delivery details.Ensure the on-site readiness of the robotic fleet and troubleshoot any issues.Execute e-commerce deliveries as required.Provide on-site customer service to office tenants and/or commerce customers. Good to Have Qualifications:Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Operations, Customer Service etc preferred;Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles;Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and basic web navigation;Good written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail;Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
