Job Responsibility: Planning rolling schedule with various stakeholders.Performing troubleshooting and discussing about mill issues and brainstorming for solutions.Performing month end close, ensure all SKUs of raw materials and finished goods tally as per monthly production, working closely with administrator, account for any issued arise and resolve.Keeping track of the performance indicators, accurately consolidate and highlight any discrepancies, suggest solution and execute as per required.Driving continuous improvement initiatives for betterment of performance, productivity improvement project.Adhering and compliance to ISO standards; ISO45001, ISO5001, ISO9001 & various Products Standards.Ensure sufficient of spare parts and healthy inventory to keep the integrity of production.Generating and managing dashboards and data related systems and ensure that the systems run smoothly.Managing and keeping track of SOP, TRA to adhere to the compliance and safety of every working personnel.Performing monthly safety observation audits.Job Requirements: Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.No experience or at least 1 year experience in construction field.Good attitude, willing to learn and team player.

Job Responsibility: Conduct MSP daily management meeting and address safety related reporting, productivity and plant performance issues, and information cascading to supervisors.Maintain supervisory for employees performance in LF and CCM.Design and explore new material and processes for cost and quality improvement in MSP.Evaluate production processes and devise action plan for productivity, cost and quality control. For example yield, power consumptions, refractory, quality defects, machine availability, chemistry, and etc.Carry out product trials and process implementation, collect production performance data for analysis.Communicate with suppliers and external vendors for feedback and continuous improvements.Manage MSP monthly production planning and weekly scheduling.Conduct Job Cycle Check, create and update SOP in LF and CCM.Administer internal & external contractors in LF and CCM, eg. PR, RO, CSM, and SES.Produce scrap performance relevance data with VIU tools and conduct weekly meetings with NSR.Prepare and conduct MSP monthly performance review with HOD and other engineers.MSP month end closing – maintains KO billets record, machine hours, refractory consumption, and billet rejection reports.Carry out Ad hoc task assign by HOD. Job Responsibilities:To drive maintenance activities to maintain high efficiency of the equipment and minimize machine downtime as per KPI.To lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of machine delays especially on mechanical faults.To develop and implement maintenance plans on all equipment to minimize downtimes.To monitor cost as per KPI, maintain inventory of spares, liaise with vendors and partners and to coordinate activities with other departments to ensure efficient operations.Implement automation projects to improve machine safety, reduce human intervention and maximize productivity.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, Automation, Process control or Electrical, Electronic Engineering.Minimum 2 years in the maintenance field.Experience in automation, mechanical & Electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment is a plus.Good attitude, willing to learn and team player.
