• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards for all tableware, dishes, utensils, glassware, kitchen/cooking equipment/utensils, etc., using machine and/or manual cleaning methods. • Responsible for ensuring that the dishwashing area is kept clean, organized and safe. • Sort, rinse and wash dirty dishes, glasses, tableware and other kitchen/cooking utensils by hand and/or place them in racks to wash through the dishwashing machine (if applicable). • Sort and stack clean dishes/utensils/equipment, and to carry the clean dishes/utensils/equipment to the proper storage area(s). • Wash the pots, pans and trays by hand. • Remove trash and garbage from the respective trash bins at the outlet and to throw them away at the central trash collection point. • To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping of floor, cleaning of furniture and tables etc. • Maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies required. • To ensure a high level of health and safety, cleanliness and food hygiene and to ensure that safe working practices are followed. To report any problems to the Outlet Manager or Operations Manager. • To comply with grooming and appearance standards at all times. • Adhere to grooming standards consistently. • Always wear a smile. • Maintain positive body posture (e.g. do not slouch). • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Assist in Marketing Communications of the organization, including maintenance of websites, mobile apps and social media platforms, media relations and press releases. • Assist in the branding, communications, sales and distribution of the organization’s products & services. • Assist in proposals, tenders and submissions of new and existing projects. • Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. • Assist in planning and coordinating of all marketing and branding exercises, trade shows and major promotions. • Gather design inputs from event partners & work with designers to develop EDMs and collaterals. • To review, implement and assist in the retail and food service marketing activities when required. • To stay up to date with the latest social trends and public’s preferences. • To create creative and engaging content to gain traction across the various social media platforms as well as managing them. • To be involved in the development of new products. • To identify business opportunities and to develop new business. • To conduct market and field study when required.

- Responsible for ensuring and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction and attend to customer issues promptly, to provide excellent service standards at all times, and to ensure courteous and efficient service to the customers. - To prepare the cafeteria outlet for daily operations. This includes but is not limited to the following: Prepare counter area, food displays, serving utensils and cutleries are properly placed and available to the customers at all times; Ensure condiments are refilled; Perform all other preparation tasks (e.g. prepare beverages, fruits, vegetables and serving points); Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties. - Dish out and serve food in the assigned plates and approved portions. - Keep updated on current menu (e.g. specialties, menu deviations, to be aware if kitchen staff are running out of items, etc.) - To perform the cashiering role which includes ensuring correct items are keyed into the POS system, collection of payment and to return change or credit card to the customers. - Responsible for the cleaning of dining utensils and kitchen utensils on site. - Be proactive and vigilant in service. - Interact with customers in a pleasant and calm manner. - Comply with hygiene and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times. - To comply with grooming and appearance standards at all times. - Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Perform physico-chemical test, sensory evaluation and microbiological tests on food products. Provide GMP, food hygiene and food safety training to production personnel. Perform product shelf-life study tests. Monitor raw materials, packaging materials and finished product quality. In-charge of maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory. In-charge of arranging external calibration and purchasing of consumable items and equipment for laboratory use. Conduct factory inspections to ensure compliance with the food safety system requirements. Coordinate with the external pest control service provider. Attend and provide support in external food safety audits. Attend to any other ad-hoc quality and safety matters. Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

• To oversee the overall quality inspection activities in the factory and to conduct factory inspections to ensure compliance with the food safety system requirements. • Undertake the full spectrum of quality assurance function: Raw material checks, processing check, quality control and critical control points check, final product verification. • Perform physico-chemical test, sensory evaluation and microbiological tests on food products; and to perform product shelf-life study tests. • Provide GMP, food hygiene and food safety training to production personnel and to identify the needs for training of staff in terms of food hygiene and safety. • Monitor raw materials, packaging materials and finished product quality. • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of premises and food processing facilities are of high standard. • In-charge of arranging external calibration and purchasing of consumable items and equipment for laboratory use. • To undertake corrective actions for non-compliance and product quality issues. • To review, establish and implement improvements in the process and quality control processes and regulations. • Assist to prepare quality assurance guidelines for all staff and prepare audit reports, attend and provide support in external food safety audits. • Coordinate with the external pest control service provider. • Attend to any other ad-hoc quality and safety matters. • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
