SummaryNorthpoint City6 day works - 44hrsSalary UP $2500Happy Birthday Voucher Job Responsibilities:Prepare and bake a variety of bread, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.Shaping, do icing, toppings, fillings for bread.Monitor baking processes to ensure optimal texture, color, and taste of the baked goods.Kneading, cutting, shaping of the doughs.Basic cake decoration including preparation of icing and toppings.Washing and cleaning of utensils/ equipment (e.g., ovens).Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the baking area.Collaborate with other bakers/ kitchen staffs to coordinate baking schedules and ensure timely production.Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Bakery Manager.
