Key ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly and efficient food and beverage services to our guests, ensuring positive and memorable interactions.Keep guests informed about current and upcoming promotions, enhancing their experience.Operate our POS systems, handling all card and cash transactions smoothly and accurately.Balance cash floats at the start and end of each shift, maintaining financial integrity.Help with self-collection take-away services, carefully wrapping and packing food to ensure it reaches customers in perfect condition.Manage delivery platform apps, processing orders promptly and effectively.Set up tables and service areas according to SOP, strictly adhering to hygiene and safety standards.Attend to customer inquiries and feedback, coordinating with supervisors or managers to assist when needed.Assist in beverage preparation and support daily kitchen operations.Maintain a positive personality, uphold good grooming standards, and provide outstanding customer service.Assist with any additional duties assigned by your supervisor or management, fostering a supportive team environment.
